Corporate services and maintenance for staff
We come on-site to perform maintenance for your company's staff. This is a convenient way to motivate employees to commute by bike or to provide a reward for good job performance!
Employees can choose the maintenance they want. Generally, especially time-consuming tasks, such as extensive maintenance on cargo bikes or wheel building, are not possible to ensure we can serve as many employees as possible in one day. Certain tasks, like suspension fork or shock absorber maintenance, cannot be performed on-site.If desired, we can customize bike maintenance kits or cleaning sets for your employees in your preferred price range. Prerequisites
Nothing needs to be procured for the maintenance. Move & Go will provide everything.
- For maintenance, an outdoor space of at least 4 x 5 meters is required. There should be an area nearby for washing. We use biodegradable detergents.
- Water is not needed, as we bring it with us.
- The maintenance location must be provided in advance. A map or coordinates are helpful.
- We will provide you with a ready-made notice to easily inform your staff of the maintenance time and location.
Bringing Your Bike in for Maintenance
The staff follows these instructions to keep the maintenance process organized.
- Maintenance is booked in advance through our website, mentioning the corporate customer ID.
- Bikes are received early in the morning and serviced during the workday.
- Completion of the service is notified via text message and email.
- The customer receives a report on the maintenance performed.
There are several payment methods available.
No fees are charged for company visits beyond the standard maintenance prices and travel expenses. However, if the total billing for the day falls below €150 (excluding VAT 24%), the company agrees to pay the difference up to €150. The payment method for the maintenance can be arranged as you prefer, for example:
- The company pays for the labor on an hourly basis. The employee only pays for the necessary spare parts.
- The company can pay an agreed amount for each service, for example, €30 per service, and the employee pays the rest.
- The employee pays for the entire service themselves.
- ... or some other arrangement. These can be tailored to your preferences!
